{"id":17611,"date":"2024-05-16T12:46:39","date_gmt":"2024-05-16T10:46:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/icebergng.udg.edu\/?page_id=17611"},"modified":"2024-07-31T10:53:08","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T08:53:08","slug":"pdi-participant","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/iceberg.udg.edu\/?page_id=17611","title":{"rendered":"PDI participant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les persones del col\u00b7lectiu del PDI de la Universitat de Girona han emplenat una enquesta en l\u00ednia de les activitats de formaci\u00f3 a les quals han participat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;enquesta \u00e9s an\u00f2nima i consta de 12 preguntes de resposta tipus Likert (1= Totalment desacord; 4= Totalment d\u2019acord), i preguntes de resposta oberta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la taula seg\u00fcent, es mostren les mitjanes de les puntuacions donades a les preguntes quantitatives (sobre 4):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>PREGUNTA<\/strong><\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>MITJANA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">1. L\u2019espai on s\u2019ha realitzat l\u2019activitat ha estat adequat<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">3.61<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>Puntuaci\u00f3 mitjana total (sobre 4)<\/strong><\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>3.62<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Destaca l\u2019alta puntuaci\u00f3 donada en tots els \u00edtems, obtenint una puntuaci\u00f3 mitjana general de 3.62 sobre 4, en la l\u00ednia de l&#8217;obtinguda en els cursos anteriors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019altra banda, les preguntes de resposta oberta fan refer\u00e8ncia a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Temes sobre els quals interessaria que s\u2019organitz\u00e9s alguna activitat formativa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Propostes i suggeriments de millora per a futures edicions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aspectes positius a destacar sobre les activitats realitzades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En relaci\u00f3 als temes sobre els quals interessaria que s\u2019organitz\u00e9s alguna activitat formativa, s&#8217;esmenten els seg\u00fcents: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Com s&#8217;organitza la UdG<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perspectiva de g\u00e8nere a la doc\u00e8ncia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diversitat i inclusi\u00f3 a l\u2019aula i acompanyament d\u2019estudiants en casos com trastorns de la conducta aliment\u00e0ria i prevenci\u00f3 del su\u00efcidi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;\u00fas de la IA a l&#8217;aula<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moodle, gamificaci\u00f3 i eines per fer les classes m\u00e9s din\u00e0miques i participatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redacci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 de projectes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Webinaris sobre acreditacions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open access i repositoris action research<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplicacions de la IA a la recerca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>QGIS b\u00e0sic i avan\u00e7at, i programari de SIG online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SPSS Software i Atlas.ti, o softwares similars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gesti\u00f3 bibliogr\u00e0fica, com estar al dia de la literatura, i t\u00e8cniques IA per classificar articles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protocols i estructures a la UdG en cas d&#8217;assetjament sexual o laboral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gesti\u00f3 i mediaci\u00f3 de conflictes d\u2019acord amb el marc normatiu de la UdG<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En relaci\u00f3 a propostes i suggeriments de millora per a futures edicions, alguns dels comentaris expressats fan refer\u00e8ncia a aspectes com: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aportar guies i documentaci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporar una perspectiva pr\u00e0ctica amb casos i exemples reals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realitzar exercicis pr\u00e0ctics durant l\u2019activitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oferir la possibilitat d\u2019assistir presencialment a les activitats per facilitar l\u2019intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies i el debat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oferir eines \u00fatils i que es puguin aplicar despr\u00e9s de l\u2019activitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perfilar i segmentar el nivell de coneixements (inicial i avan\u00e7at) de les persones participants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9s cursos as\u00edncrons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oferir incentius al PDI per assistir a les formacions, que s\u00f3n molt interessants i sovint estan desaprofitades perqu\u00e8 hi ha poques persones inscrites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Millorar el confort d\u2019algunes aules (sonoritzaci\u00f3, climatitzaci\u00f3, acc\u00e9s a Internet)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalment, pel que fa a aspectes positius a destacar sobre les activitats realitzades s&#8217;esmenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019actualitat i utilitat de les activitats formatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallers pr\u00e0ctics engrescadors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clima de treball participatiu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formats h\u00edbrids<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ponents especialitzats, experimentats, motivats i propers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activitats interessants, din\u00e0miques i interactives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aportaci\u00f3 de documentaci\u00f3 rellevant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les persones del col\u00b7lectiu del PDI de la Universitat de Girona han emplenat una enquesta en l\u00ednia de les activitats de formaci\u00f3 a les quals han participat.
