S\u2019introdueix el tema i, a partir de pr\u00e0ctiques de relaxaci\u00f3 i meditaci\u00f3 i din\u00e0miques de grup, s\u2019integren els continguts des de la pr\u00f2pia experi\u00e8ncia.
