Davant d\u2019aquest escenari, es fa necessari disposar d\u2019espais que ajudin el professorat a <strong>entendre, contextualitzar i integrar la IAG amb criteri pedag\u00f2gic i \u00e8tic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta l\u00ednia, l\u2019<strong>Institut de Desenvolupament Professional (IDP)<\/strong> de la Universitat de Barcelona ofereix un espai web espec\u00edfic dedicat a la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/idp\/web\/ca\/IAG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">compet\u00e8ncia docent en intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial generativa<\/a><\/strong>, pensat com un recurs d\u2019autoformaci\u00f3 flexible i obert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels punts forts d\u2019aquest espai \u00e9s la manera com s\u2019organitzen els continguts. No es tracta d\u2019un curs tancat, sin\u00f3 d\u2019un <strong>itinerari modular<\/strong> format per <strong>p\u00edndoles breus<\/strong>, agrupades per \u00e0mbits tem\u00e0tics, que permeten al professorat accedir nom\u00e9s al que necessita en cada moment.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"833\" src=\"https:\/\/iceberg.udg.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22144\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.9219728122790015;width:692px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iceberg.udg.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image.png 768w, https:\/\/iceberg.udg.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-277x300.png 277w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les p\u00edndoles s\u2019agrupen en <strong>grans blocs<\/strong>, que responen a diferents dimensions de la compet\u00e8ncia docent en IAG:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conceptes generals<\/strong>: Aquest primer bloc ofereix una <strong>base conceptual<\/strong> sobre la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial generativa: qu\u00e8 \u00e9s, com funciona i quins elements clau cal con\u00e8ixer per entendre\u2019n el potencial i les limitacions. \u00c9s un punt de partida \u00fatil per situar la IAG i compartir un marc com\u00fa de comprensi\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Planificar i dissenyar amb la IAG<\/strong>: El segon bloc se centra en la <strong>planificaci\u00f3 i el disseny docent<\/strong> amb suport de la IAG. Les p\u00edndoles d\u2019aquest apartat conviden a pensar com la IAG pot ajudar en la preparaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats, materials o propostes d\u2019aprenentatge, sempre des d\u2019una mirada pedag\u00f2gica i intencional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Doc\u00e8ncia amb IAG<\/strong>: Finalment, el tercer bloc posa el focus en la <strong>pr\u00e0ctica docent<\/strong>: com utilitzar la IAG a l\u2019aula, com integrar-la en l\u2019aprenentatge de l\u2019alumnat i com abordar-ne l\u2019\u00fas de manera cr\u00edtica, responsable i coherent amb els objectius formatius.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta estructura en p\u00edndoles permet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>consultar els continguts <strong>de manera no lineal<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adaptar l\u2019aprenentatge a diferents nivells d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia pr\u00e8via,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>utilitzar l\u2019espai com a <strong>recurs de refer\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, no nom\u00e9s com a formaci\u00f3 puntual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s una aproximaci\u00f3 especialment interessant per al professorat universitari, que sovint necessita <strong>respostes concretes en moments diferents<\/strong>, m\u00e9s que no pas una formaci\u00f3 llarga i tancada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que l\u2019espai est\u00e0 impulsat des de la Universitat de Barcelona, el seu enfocament \u00e9s <strong>clarament transferible<\/strong> a altres contextos universitaris.
