{"id":5819,"date":"2019-02-04T11:46:07","date_gmt":"2019-02-04T10:46:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/icebergng.udg.edu\/?p=5819"},"modified":"2021-01-20T14:06:42","modified_gmt":"2021-01-20T13:06:42","slug":"mou-te-a-la-feina-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iceberg.udg.edu\/?p=5819","title":{"rendered":"Mou-te a la feina (2n Quadrimestre 2018-19)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Activitat adre\u00e7ada al PDI de la UdG i inclosa en el Pla Marc de Formaci\u00f3 del Personal Docent i Investigador<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A c\u00e0rrec de:<\/strong>&nbsp;Roger Montsant, graduat en CAFE i diplomat en fisioter\u00e0pia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectius<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectiu principal \u00e9s que les treballadores i els treballadors de la UdG, tant PAS com PDI, que participin al programa adquireixin uns coneixements pr\u00e0ctics, reals i propers, per aplicar-los a la feina sempre que el cos els ho demani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aconseguir els beneficis proposats n&#8217;hi ha prou amb participar en les sessions pr\u00e0ctiques que hem preparat (50 minuts setmanals) i aplicar-ho, incorporant-ho com una tasca m\u00e9s dins la nostra jornada laboral amb dues o tres pauses saludables de nom\u00e9s 5 minuts quan el cos ens ho demani (normalment cada 2 o 3 hores).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La idea principal es recolza en el coneixement del propi cos, ja que entenem que si es coneix com es treballa a la feina, quines parts del cos s&#8217;utilitzen en exc\u00e9s i de forma innecess\u00e0ria, si s&#8217;aprenen t\u00e8cniques per a fer-hi front, no nom\u00e9s es treballar\u00e0 millor sin\u00f3 que es guanyar\u00e0 en qualitat de vida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marc de la formaci\u00f3 dels treballadors i treballadores de la UdG, la part f\u00edsica pot ser un complement important en relaci\u00f3 a la millora de la seva qualitat de vida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa del projecte Mou-te a la feina es presenta com una eina b\u00e0sica d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica per conscienciar-nos de la import\u00e0ncia de cuidar la salut, tamb\u00e9 en el lloc de treball, com a base de la nostra qualitat de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calendari i horari<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>12,19,26 febrer; 5,12,19,26 mar\u00e7; 2,9,23,30 abril; 7,14,21,28 maig; 4, 11 i 18 juny.
