COIL Workshop: Technopedagogical skills to promote internationalization at home and connect Across universities

Training activity for teaching and research staff from the universities of the Across alliance

This three-session training is designed for academic staff from the partner institutions within the Across alliance. The programme introduces the concept of Internationalization of the Curriculum (IoC) and the Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) methodology, guiding participants through the design and implementation of COIL projects in an intercultural and interdisciplinary context.

Program: Each session has a duration of three hours with two 15 minute breaks.  

• Session 1: Introduction to Internationalization of the Curriculum (IoC) and the Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) methodology.

• Session 2: Design of a COIL project (includes group work).  
  Lecturers: Elena Rondós – Natàlia Ferrer
  
• Session 3: Presentation of the COIL project proposals, final reflection and takeaways (including useful tools and templates for the design and implementation of COIL projects).
