Xarxa d’Innovació Docent sobre English as a Medium of Education
Aquesta publicació ha estat elaborada pels membres de la Xarxa d’Innovació Docent sobre English as a Medium of Education (XID EME.
Com s’esmenta en la seva introducció: “The Handbook aims to be accessible and useful to current and future EME teachers. Although conceived initially for teachers at the University of Girona, it may be of equal interest to teachers and policymakers in other higher education (hereinafter HE) settings where EME is being implemented. The Handbook is organised into separate sections focusing on different themes of interest and concern to EME teachers. These themes have been extracted from an in-depth thematic analysis of presentations delivered by members of the EME Teaching Innovation Network (Institute of Education Sciences, UdG).”
La Guia està organitzada de manera que es pot començar per on es vulgui. Per al professorat que ja imparteix docència en anglès pot servir per reflexionar i ampliar la pràctica docent. Per al professorat que voldria començar a fer-ne, pot ajudar a resoldre dubtes metodològics i també qüestions més complexes relacionades amb la identitat com a docents i els objectius de la docència.
Ha estat elaborada en base a les experiències dels membres de la XID EME, tenint en compte la recerca internacional més recent.
